    The change rooms and indoor pool area of the Willow Stream spa looks tired and dated, and certainly unimpressive for a purposely 5 star establishment. Steam room is dangerously slippery due to build-up grime and essential oil, in addition there are no safety precautions such as hand-rails and non-slip mats - The spa & hotel management are ridiculous and have REFUSED to acknowledge these gross safety short-comings. If you are considering going to the Willow Stream Spa, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
