Horrible experience !!! Went there for body treatment and following the 1st session, they were harrassing me for more money and to take more treatments. After the 2nd session, they were telling me about their internal "auditor problems" and they would like me to help them by committing to more treatments, and after the 3rd treatment, they changed the pricing to a la carte pricing instead of the package that I signed for. EXTREMENLY UNPROFFESSIONAL STAFF. Go at your own risk.
Where do I begin... This place was terrible! I had a voucher from doing the Standard Charter race. They did not even honor what was in print on the voucher. The bad experience started with a messy restroom and no toilet paper. We were handed robes with holes all throughout them. The staff told us we could not take a shower after our massage! His reason was because it will wash away the oils on our skin... the massage wasn't even done with oils! I got left in this pathetic excuse for a sauna for too long, finally came out on my own. Then put me in this stupid belly shake thing, that looked like it was from the 60s. I mean seriously, if people believe this is how you are going to get thinner, please! I then asked for a shower the second time, and they finally let me bathe. They put me in the shower and there were dirty robes, and dirty underwear on the floor of the shower left over from the person before. The staff does not speak any English and were completely unprofessional. At the end, they were walking around in normal street clothes waiting for us to leave. Such a bad place. DO NOT GO!
I do agreed with what the 2 gentleman mentioned. After signing 1 package, each time when you go for the treatment they will have different consultant and each time the consultant will persuade you to sign up for more package. This kind of marketing strategy that Urban Homme Management allow it staff to conduct is very unprofessional and not ethical at all. When they offered a slimming package then after the treatment they will advise you to sign up this and that. There is no ending offer from them at all.
Urban Homme Management I feel that you have some ethical in business management
