    I had purchase a voucher from groupon to be utilised at the above spa.its validity was close to expiry,hence i Called to make an appointment, a lady,(i assume she was )picked up the phone call. Asking her if theres any chance of extending the validity,
    she made a comment,"so you're using the voucher at the very last minute..."

    and add on that i'm at the losing end. All that at the expense of my time
    when she could at least try to accomodate an appointment.

    very dissappointed at her.even though as what stated on the deal that its heavily subsidised,I already have paid and i believe i do not deserve such an attitude.Not only did i not get a slot, i might just see the dollars i earned go into the spa.

    i bought the voucher from groupon and visited velvety beauty for the diamond peel facial. it was a very nice treatment which i just paid $18 for 1hr and more for the facial. no hard sales but did go through with me their package. i like the spa but booking an appt is not easy cos they really have many customers. the lady boss was very friendly n beautiful.

    nice place to go for facial, i bought the facial from groupon n went there for diamond peel facial. very gd service n skills i have got so far i have visited.
