i had signed up for a package with wellness village spa.. first few times still ok.. but service getting worse n worse as i keep going.. recently, it was really bad!! hard to make appts.. even on weekdays.. and worse still, when i finally managed to make an appt.. they always call me last minute to cancel it.. giving all sorts of lame excuses, e.g. the masseuse on urgent leave, all the masseuse are fully occupied and the only 1 left can't do hot stone massage, the jaccuzi is spoilt, the spa is under renovations so no available room, we don't have any 2hrs time slot (mine is a 2hrs session & i did book the time slot in advance!) so can you just do 1.5hrs for this time, etc, etc.. i'm so so tired of their loads of lame excuses!!! imagine taking leave off work so that can go to spa.. but so many times take leave for nothing coz they cancel the sessions last min.. and they did it again today!!! really regret signing up with them!!! ;(
ReplyDeletefurthermore the attitude of the receptionists at pan pacific really sucks big time!! when they call up to cancel the appt, they weren't even apologetic about it!! sort of just expect that you to either cancel the appt or shorten your session, period. this is the kind of attitude you have to put up after signing up with them!! beware!!
