  1. Totally and utterly disappointed by Inahamani (Cathay)

    1) The way the staff treated the customers while carrying out spa services
    2) The delay techniques that the staff uses while handling customer complain

    These series of unhappy experiences with Atos has badly damaged the image of your company that your all has built over the years.

    Thats it!

    My sister, her friend and myself are deeply troubled by these encounters for more than a month which has promptly convinced me to terminate the newly signed spa package with no hesitation.

    Beside that sad to say; i will not dare to try out other Atos subsidaries service anymore neither is my sister and her unfortunate friend.

  2. I agree with Anonymous. I went for massages twice n dare not go to Inner Harmony @ Cathay. They tried to sell me anti-cellulite stuff on 13th June. I declined to buy them as I found them expensive (over $200 for 10 25ml).

  3. I agree with them. the consultants will hold you and waste your time and insist u sign package which u dont want and cannot afford..must be firm to refuse or else u end up paying hefty credit card installments..turn down and their cheerful smile will change.

  4. They tried too hard to sell their products. They even tried to sell me a new package, when I only finished 2 out of 6 of the existing package!!!

  6. This place is atrocious. With very bad culture and ridiculously bad service. Totally unprofessional and lack of customer orientation. Please do not even step in there. or worse, sign up for any package. Please channel your support to other better spas with good service and professional therapists.

  7. Ya.. Totally agree tht Inner Harmony's is totally unprofessional. I would say it is the worst beauty service that I experienced locally and at overseas. Staff is rude, making an appointment is so troublesome. What's the hell that there is a timeslot and I can book for you but there is no guarantee!!! Another time I was in a waiting list and the staff said she would confirm with me but totally no response and I am have to call and check and they said I didnt book any appointment! I also wonder if the staff is qualified to provide services mentioned. After the massage, you will feel pain after that. I am totally dissappointed with this centre. Pls, do not cheated by this centre and spend any $, totally NOT worth.

  8. Terrible experience! InnerHarmony called me (a regular customer) to try a new product called CLT on 15 March 2014 morning and I ended up being tied to the bed aimlessly for more than 20 mins after their machine stopped functioning. The staff just left me unattended with many wires attaching my body to the machine after the self-run program finished. I felt so helpless, like a prisoner being tied up (and half naked) for 20 mins, no one came to the room to take a look despite calling and shouting. When the consultant eventually found out, her reason was that they were short handed that morning. This is absolutely unacceptable, unsincere, and until 2 weeks later there was still no follow-up as a formal apology. They don't take your feedback seriously!
    Even as a regular who used to like their service, this bad experience turn me away. I'm considering terminating my exisitng package and ask for a refund. With such bad service and poor customer relationship, who will continue with them?
