  1. Manager is very rude .. u dun buy products she will exclaim "WHY? NOBODY will dun want to use this!"
    Before u purchase package, its "welcome u everytime". After is " people only do facial at most 1X every 2 week"

  2. AROMATIC HOUSE RIP YOU OFF....THE STAFF ARE FINE...BUT THE MANAGER AND BOSS ARE THE WORST WITCHES I HAVE SEEN SCARY LOOKING AND DEMONIC!

    Aromatic House is the worst place to visit..i had the worst experience ever in my life. This lady named MAGGIE...along with her sister......they are so demonic...and evil...they were scolding their staff infront of us and they will forcefully make you sign packages...even if u show no interest..they will force u and go on and on.....

    i even got screamed at..today. Omg!!!! i have never complained about any service provider....even if it was really bad..i just tell myself never to go back again..but this PLACE...FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE..I MUST LET ALL SPOREANS NOE...NEVER TO VISIT THEM....YOU WILL REGRET DREADFULLY...just like me..and many many others...

    bad service...expensive.....lousy ambience....RUDE and LOUD....

    i wanted to write in a complaint to the company...but realised that the RUDE lady was the boss...so writing it online is the best way to warn my fellow countrymen!!

  3. definitely agree with the other 2 person... they like give u first class service, after u sign the package, u r thrown intothe dustbin,,,
    there is only 1 beautician... appointment is damn hard to arrange,,, when the beautician is not around, the manager becomes the beautician.. what a joke. She dont even know how to do a proper job... Worst of all, i just found out that Foot Fitness belongs to them... OMG ,,, i had such bad experience @ foot fitness because they also use the same technique,,, good customer service and when u sign the package, u will have a hard time making appointment... I believe their way of doing business is to get as many pack signed and no after sales service...

    Wonder how they survive....

  4. I agree 100% what they say above. Aromatic Spa now changed name to Clove Santuary. The chinese saying change soup but not change medicine so they behave the same in Clove Santuary. They close Orchard Branch and end Dec 11 close Holland Village. Every day scold staff or scold customers. Why would they want to change company name? You know lah.... After you sign package they no let you book, they no let you come for massage or facial. Or you book and they give you a staff that don know how to facial or massage and they no tell you. Staff work not long as no staff want to work for them every day scolding so customer suffer. Every day fire fighting with staff or customers. Staff not happy, long face, low morale. Yes, how can they survive, so they keep pressing customers to buy their products even you paid the packages....... Aiya,don't buy spa packages again...

  5. ALERT.. AROMATIC HOUSE has change name into COVE SANCTUARY PTE LTD.
    Which still run the same services which is too sickening.
    This company had closed SIMEI and HOLLAND VILLAGE branches. Wonder if they still can survive..Just after their closure of 2 branches, their therapists had tender their resignation letters for worrying that the company will not afford to pay the salary to them. The boss always give 1000 excuses in order to delay the salary payment. Why must this happen to the poor therapists? POOR COMPANY???? OMG!!!!
    To my country fellows think twice before you sign up any packages from them..WHAT AN EERRRYYY EXPERIENCE...

  6. Similarly, my mum signed on a foot reflexology package with Foot Fitness @ East Point Simei outlet as she had been patronising them in the past, and so had I. However, after being assured that the Spa would not close down at Simei, which was what convinced her to make a downpayment for the foot reflexology package, word came that they had closed down their Simei outlet! The worse thing is that they did not even bother to call us to inform us of the closure, and we had to find out about it ourselves when we called and there was no pick up and the store was closed. What's worse, they did not apologise, and despite promising that they would call us back to explain, they did not. Also, one of the sales consultant, J, said that they were looking around for a branch in the East. However, till today (many months later), there is no word from them, and no branch in the East! I have been trying to call them but to no avail, as they are probably avoiding all calls at all costs. I am trying to demand for a refund, but from the looks of it, it seems pretty hopeless. Anyone suffering from the same predicament? Poor service, no ethics, no customer service, unlawful consumer practice! Will see what legal action I can take against them.

  7. This is the worst spa that i have ever come across in Singapore. Poor service, unethical sales tactics and never deliver what they promised. Every time, i feel frustrated when i visit the spa. They tell you what is your appointment time one day in advance though you have already indicated your preferred time slot. I have facial and body message service with them. To my surprise, they tell me that i can only do one service and cannot do both services on weekend because it is very packed. If i want to do both services, i have to come on a weekday and as i am working, that means i have to take leave. I told them i will book one month in advance and reserve slots for me to do both services, they said that next month schedule book is not out yet and cannot make booking now. How ridiculous it is? They have closed down several branches and now left with only Serangoon Gardens. Now, all their customers flocked to the only branch left and they have only 3 staffs left to service everyone. So, you can imagine that it will be all jammed up and difficult to get appointment. I wanted to take an appointment 2 weeks later and they asked me why i come again so soon. Crazy right? I am worried that they will suffer the same fate as True Spa. They treated their staffs like slaves. Seriously speaking, i feel like i am paying lots of monies to suffer and not to relax. To Anonymous who wrote the blog on May 27, i would be interested to join you if you are taking legal action against them. I have the same thought as well. Let's cooperate together and see how to deal with them.

  8. Yes! this is the WORST SPA in Singapore that I am experience now. worst service from this guy called Jason's so do the boss. The staff are ok and afraid of trouble with the company. They only have 2 facial & 2 massage therapies. As a customer you cannot choose the therapies they choose for you because no one else to do the job. they give u the time that does not suitable for u so that u can reschedule again and drop your appointment. when they give u the appointed time that is not so suitable and you want to check whether ok within a while ago u cannot get it and further give u another time that is unacceptable to your time slot. I have the same experiences with the above customer. would like to check with the Case Trust how to go about with such unethical spa operator in Singapore that others Consumer will not fall into the same situation when they patronize this spa cove's. My advise Do not go near them please use other Spa that have Award and with Good Branding!

  9. Yes ! I totally agreed with what the above statement. This spa operator, the reception administrator are their own people! they collaborate to talk differently who you book with? after booking for a month they will inform you one day ahead that one of the staff on sick leave so you cannot have your slot of facial and massage - they will give u same day but on different time to upset your schedule so that you can cancel it. This Spa are not trust worthy at all. They always short change you especially in your facial service. It is really not worth going to this Spa!

    Staff has good intention but almost all ended up in MOM courtroom due to short-payment in salary.
    Now the place has changed its name to Sanctuary Cove is STILL running by the same boss Maggie & daughter Pauline with their China service-staff... no thanks!
