Nice clean environment. Massage is par for the course. They have the most comfortable massage bed I have ever lain on.
ReplyDeleteBought an online voucher n tried their spa massage n it was only average service. It's a full body massage but they never massage our legs only our back n abit of shoulder. Then after the massage they just use the scrub n wrap us for 10mins n then asked us to wash off. We finished off the whole process in less than an hour. Which is mentioned in the advertisement that it's a 90min spa n massage.
ReplyDeleteTheir CS on the phone was also screwed up when we tried to confirm our appt. They were not friendly n very rude. They also nv offered us any tea before the spa starts. At the end of the spa session there were no tea served to us n no
one seems to bother to ask for our comment.
Extremely lousy service! Did manicure/ pedicure there. The very first time I went there, i actually waited for almost 2HOURS after my appt time! Needless to say, very bad job. Bubbles was popping out. Colour was uneven. 3-4 days later, the colour drop off.
ReplyDeleteDid not want to go for the Second time, but I have already paid for it and thus I went. The nail colour has already finished up but not knowing what chemical did they add in. After 3days, nail broke off with lots of blood oozing out, which I have not encountered after putting for a long period of time.
They were real rude and only look up to rich people. Commoners like us, was nothing to them. Only offered tea to those rich people. When I did not want to sign up for their package, they simply do one thing, one word-- ignore.
Swear not to go for any of their services anymore for such a bad attitude & make my nails in a very bad shape now.
Be careful of this spa. Bought their voucher over a daily deal site and arranged an appointment at 10am to go for the spa with my gf on V-day. Subsequently, i called back and got a later slot at 10am via their lady boss.
ReplyDeleteI was happy initially and looking forward to it. HOWEVER, on the day itself after my v-day lunch, i called at 2pm to advise them i will be slightly late. The ans i got from them was shocking. The staff told me that my appointment was at 10am and since i missed it, my voucher is void. I tried explaining to him that i changed the slot via his boss, but he actually told me that 'my boss doesn't know how to arrange and anyhow change appointment.. so we don't consider that valid'.. WTH??? I argued but eventually gave up and demanded for his boss to call me back.
I waited for a few weeks and no response. Called back again but boss is out. Requested for a callback for a second time. Once again, a few more weeks and there was no reply..
There was nothing much disgust and disappointment i've gotten from this spa. By telling me that there have too many customers to handle because of the voucher sales they did only show their poor management. Frustration and anger are the only things i've gotten out of this experience...
Be warned...
Bought the massage voucher at Deal.com. I must say this is the worst experience i had. Really disappointing & extremely lousy customer service.
ReplyDeleteThe guy at the reception refused to change my appointment just because mine was a voucher. When i called again, another receptionist- a lady changed my appointment without a question asked.
On the day of our appointment, we were not even offered tea & we were being ignored until the appointment time because we were early for our appointment.
I must agreed that they have bad attitude & only look up to their rich customers. Their massage was okay only. I will make sure none of my friends buy their services.
Terrible! Do not waste your money at this place.
ReplyDeleteOne of the worst I've had the pleasure of half enduring. A rude angry Chinese antie masseuse who wears plastic gloves while rubbing you down at lightening speeds as if she's cleaning her car. Ask her to slow down or remove her gloves and she gets ruder and angrier. Just had to stop. Attitude of the owner was also terrible. Let's just hope karma does it's job!!
These guys have sold a load of vouchers and have the money upfront, they have zero interest in providing good service.
DO NOT GO HERE!
