Service is very bad. Have to contact via call centre to make appointment but yet the branch never call back to follow up. Made an appointment but could not locate the shop at Holland village branch. My appt is at 10am but nobody picked up the line from 954am-10.30am at all ! Called call centre for information but the staff cannot provide information, even they helped to call the branch also nobody picked up the line. Finally called me at 10.33am to ask if I will turn up for my 10am slot and gave me another punch by telling me my appt is at Spore Shopping centre. Really very bad internal operation and customer service standard
