  1. Giman is one of the dishonest and poor service quality company. I signed up a S6k+ package with them with verbal promised special spa bath and no expiry date. I raised the issue with their so-called in house complaint office and the response has been slow and not professional. After 2 years, they claim my package has expired and threatened to lock my account if i did not sign new package with them. And worse they can't prove to me that the contract I signed stipulated the conditiion. Raising to CASe would not help much.
    Even though they could be cheaper, i would not ever sign up with them again.

  2. I totally agree. I signed up facial with them and every facial session, they take great effort to hardsell products and extra add-ons. the staffs try to hardsell in the middle of your facial so you are most vulnerable on the bench and you have to listen to them. If you don't agree to their add-ons, they will keep takling for half an hour, eating into your facial time. It is very stressful. To be honest, their add-ons are very costly, they will say they can add a 180 dollar mask for you at 40 dollars. wth. Before I signed up for package, it was easy to make appt because I was booking as new customer. However, after I signed up, it got very hard to secure slots with them. For the past 14 sessions, I have had suffered great ordeals. Totally scammish.

I agreed with you, I am a regular customer of Giman but before you can finished your package they will asked you to signed another one with them, if you refused the next time you go there they will not so friendly and their package last for three years only. Whenever you want to book appt they will usually full.

    Anyone of u experience the same as me....from early may they suddenly call me 1 day before my appointment date & say their masseurs is being asked by government to go for some technique reviews for 2 wks, 2 wks past & they give me reasons that all massuer are going for lessons for the next 2 months thus no massage session at the moment.

    I find it weird, If they have prepare to send their staffs for lessons, y inform me at such last min. You are operating biz yet u can send all the masseurs for lessons at the same time.

    My ex massuer-Julie, called me & tipped me off. Well it proved something fishy after she told me the whole scenario so I quickly went to CASE to have all my massage refunds.

    1 wk later the head office staff call to compensate me by saying due to all the lesson, their customer will be compensated with slimming machine treatment. Example they gauge u visit their salon twice a wk so they compensate the same. I firmly reject as I'm not interested in their slimming.

    I've been their customers from 2008, even my whole family are their loyal customers. Feel so pissed off with Giman. I planned to call ur media to check & verify on this based on my suspicious.
