I think Beyond Beauty is a terrible salon. I purchased an IPL package with them and on the first session, they told me I had to top up a couple of hundred dollars for a proper IPL. If not, I would just get a low-frequency version which doesn't do much at all. The therapists were all really rough, not thorough at all and they never removed the gel properly - I always went out with huge pieces of gel still stuck to my leg. Terrible. The counter staff also provide very poor service and due to their incompetence, I actually lost a session of my package because they refused to book a session for me. If you go to spas regularly, you would be sorely disappointed with Beyond Beauty. The management does not prioritize customer service or service quality at all. I guess they're just all about getting cashflow and they hope their customers will just feel so disappointed with the service that they voluntarily forfeit their sessions. What a poor way of doing business.
