I had bought a groupon here, great deal for a mani pedi, nice location, decently friendly staff. The groupon was for 2 mani/pedis. I went for the first, pedi was great, gel mani was not professional and when I asked the girl to fix it, she simply said, "it's always like that". It is not! but a little uneven on a few nails was alright. The second time I went in, they mysteriously couldn't find me in the book, but only told me this after they had done my nails! I was forced to pay cash. Made another appointment to redeem the second visit, and again, mysteriously they found me this time...and according to them, I had used my second visit! and they had no record of my payment. They offered me a mani/pedi at almost 3x the groupon rate. I ended up leaving because they weren't helping after 30 min of trying to work it out! I paid $72 for a groupon for 2x visit, then $65 when they couldn't find my groupon. Sub par nails, horrible service in the end, I will never go bakc! I think they are only nice to you if you speak chinese....and I do not. Never buy a package from them, they will scam you!
