Recently (12/04/2013, Friday) I went for my well-deserved massage at Lifespa at Triple One Somerset. I was assigned with a therapist. When she first started the session, she hardly use any strength. I told her to exert more strength but it fell on deaf ears. Again, I told her to use more strength, but such request was ignored. It was merely a 'touch & go' session!!!
ReplyDeleteThe session ended with me feeling more tired and annoyed! My body is still aching and my shoulders are still as stiff.
I gave feedback to their consultants that the session was horrible, and instructed them not to assign to me in the future.
On 17/04/2013, Wed, I called & informed Lifespa that the therapist's massage was a bad job, it was a truly a 'touch & go' session despite my request to exert more strength.
The consultant whom I spoke to came back with a reply, a reply from their manager!!!!
The consultant said, "My manager say, you should stop the session and request to see the consultant!!! Now, the session is over, nothing can be done!!!!!"
Can you imagine this is the reply from the manager, who is suppose to manage and guide and supervise their staff???? What an irresponsible reply??? Stop and request for consultant when i am NAKED??
Perhaps Lifespa has grown to such a scale that they have forgotten their old clients. I started my beauty regime with them in 2000!!! I was a regular client until 2010 when i reduced my monthly visit to quarterly visit due to tight working schedule & family commitments.
It never pay to stay loyal to Lifespa. Once I exhaust my current package, I will NOT take up new packages with them.
