    I purchased a La Touche voucher off Groupon. After emailing and calling for a week to book an appointment with no success (no one picked up the phone or returned my emails), I was informed that I wasn't able to book a weekend appointment as they were reserved for their full paying guests. However, if someone cancelled, then I would be allowed to have a slot. Charming!!

    Fair enough, if it was a condition of the voucher, but there was no mention of booking restrictions and their attitude towards groupon customers come across as downright dishonest.

    I have requested a refund and am very disappointed in La Touche's customer service.
