    I have been a loyal supporter of Haach since i graduate from the university in 2002, for the simple reason that it is located at Toa Payoh Central (near my home). Despite having a very first bad experience with them when they over-charged my package in additional to the bad attitude of their service staff, i continued to sign on regular cleaning packages with them till now. However, i am convinced and determined that their service and products are no longer worth my money and time there. Early this year, i went to them to seek treatment for my sudden outbreak when i return from overseas. However, there were totally no improvement after half a year of treatment. Thereafter, i had to go to Passage in Tanjong Pagar for just 4 sessions of treatment and my skin calmed and improved immediately. I went to Haach after that to finish up my packages and did ask them to offer me their best treatment - apparently, it was the same thing they offered me few years back. This clear shows that they have not seeked to improve their stuff and even try to charge me exorbitant prices for the simple treatment. I refused to pay any extra to them and decided to just finish up the basic cleaning package before i end my 7 years relationship with them!
