    On 2 Oct 2011, my mum went to 21st Century Beauty Spa @ Ang Mo Kio for full body massage and caused both her legs (calf  and below) numb and unable to walk properly. After visiting several doctors, we requested for the spa to refund the remaining/unused package (4 sessions) which they have refused and insist on decline responsibility to compensate the medical fee incurred. Very bad after-sales service. Now we have to go thru' Small claim Tribunal for the refund of the balance 5 sessions and medical fee incurred. It is so scary to go thru all this pain and agony after the massage at 21st Century Spa by their so called Filippino trained massue.
