    Among some many Singapore actresses, CL chose Pat Mok to model in it's advertisement, really disgusted!!! Will never try anything Pat Mok advertised in, always a show-off and wants to steal the show when on TV.

    Im extremely disappointed with Care Lyna. I am an existing customer with Care Lyna but haven been there for a few months as i have facial packages elsewhere. However, i bought several packages from from last time, namely the underarm ipl, brazilian ipl and lower leg ipl. Recently there was a promotion going on in Groupon for back dermabrasion treatment. In the coupon and the terms and conditions, they did not state that it was not for existing customers. However, when i called them, they rudely told me that it was for new customers only and it is already written in the website. Clearly, they did not know what was inside the terms and conditions of the coupon and insisted that i was wrong despite me telling them that the condition stating that it was for new customers were not inside. Thus, very misleading. They told me that the voucher that i bought was invaild and i had to go to groupon for a refund. I find that very ridiculous.
    1) The terms and conditions did not state that it was for new customers only. How come an existing customer cant use it?
    2) I have already bought so many packages from them and despite that they did not make any exception and insisted me to get a refund from groupon.

    If it was only meant for new customers, they should clearly state so.. But they didnt and now existing customers with the coupon will have to go to groupon to get a refund. Where the hell is their customer service? Clearly, its not my fault. Im so disgusted with their reply and i wont be going back there in the near future.
